This blog has more or less weekly postings from Farmscape staff (i.e., Anna, Claudia, Kyle, Kenny, Josie, Laura & Conrad, plus our summer interns). This will generally be the same material that you can see on our Farmscape Ecology Program Facebook page.
While this blog was originally founded to report then/now phenology comparisons, many of our new posts will be simple this-is-what-we’re-seeing-now reports. But we won’t completely forget history and the occasional rabbit hole. For our older postings, see our sister blog. Feel free to send us photos, comments or questions – that way, we learn too! Please enjoy, and let us know how we can make this most useful.
To do your own then/now phenology comparisons, check out our NYS historical phenology browser.
